Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stage Operator (the “Service”) for Encore Technologies LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Accounts for participants under 18 are created and consented to by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s use of the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful or to harass, harm, or impersonate others;
• upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to access data or accounts that aren’t yours, or disrupt the Service;
• post others’ personal information without permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (photos, messages, bios, files). By posting it, you grant Encore Technologies LLC permission to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of running the production. You’re responsible for having the rights and consents needed for anything you upload — including photos of other people, and especially photos of minors.

5. Minors

Productions often involve children. A parent or guardian authorizes a minor’s participation by consenting in writing to account creation, data collection, and the use of photos. A parent or guardian may review or request removal of a minor’s information at any time by contacting us at admin@stageoperator.com.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Encore Technologies LLC and its volunteers and operators won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the Service at our discretion, for example when a production ends or in case of misuse.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Text messages and email

By providing a phone number and turning on text reminders, you consent to receive automated text messages from Encore Technologies LLC about the production (such as rehearsal and performance reminders and notes). Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can stop texts at any time by setting your reminder preference to Off in your profile or by replying STOP, and you can opt out of emails the same way. Consenting to text messages is not a condition of participating in the production.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
